All the wise advice tells you that listening
is more important than talking.
All the wise advice tells, but I don't believe so.
Talking is much harder,
talking is action,
it's when you have to create meaning,
and show pieces of your insides.
While listening, you're in a comfort zone,
but talking is exposition,
talking is more dangerous,
you have to undress the silence
and become naked in your words.
Of course that anyone can lie when talking,
but even the lies of a speaker tell a lot about him.
I used to be the kind of guy known as a good listener,
and it never helped in my goals,
but I have just realized my mistake in a teenage advice:
now, all I need, and all I can do
is talk more, and more, and more...
